It’s flavourful I have eaten a burger in Camotes. The other burger I know where located in the town proper. But this one is unique. Located in Heminsulan, San Francisco, Camotes Hostel Resort, is budget friendly resort with swimming and bbq/grill station. They also play music live acoustic. That’s fun alright! Keep up the good work!
My recommendations & tips for your stay

- At the resort: ask about their BBQ/grill nights or special dishes of the day — being beachfront/island they may have fresh catches or specials.
- If vegetarian or with dietary needs: the resort breakfast explicitly states vegetarian options, so you’re likely covered. But for lunch/dinner check in advance.
- Bring some cash for extra dishes or drinks; depending on payment set-up, sometimes extra items cost more or only cash is accepted.
- Try to eat during the “golden hour” (sunset) if the restaurant has beach view — makes the dining experience more memorable.
- If you want more local flavour, ask staff for recommendations to nearby non-resort restaurants for a change of menu and ambiance.
