I remember I had a picture of this. This was when the Sinulog sa Kabataan was held during every January. Sinulog is a month long celebration in devotion to Senor Sto. Nino. This is all dancing, praising, and worship with Senor Sto. Nino. There are foods everywhere, fun festival with colorful costumes and dance contests. There are also band playing like musicians, models and celebrities.
The parade is free. You can watch the street dancing. The one I captured is a contestant of the parade, the category is Sinulog sa Kabataan. It is usually for teenagers category. And they won 3rd Prize.
